Q2. Do I have to pay every year?
A2. To continue enjoying the safety and convenience of OnStar annually, you must pay your subscription each year or you can purchase a multi-year subscription. A convenient way to ensure uninterrupted service is to place a valid credit card on file with OnStar. Then you can be billed monthly until you tell OnStar you would like to stop. If you do not pay your subscription and the OnStar system in your vehicle is then deactivated, you will not be able to contact OnStar for help when you need it.
