> Subscription Transfers
| Q1. | If I purchase a new vehicle, can I transfer my OnStar service from my previous vehicle? |
| A1. | You may transfer your OnStar subscription if:- you have an active, customer-paid OnStar subscription and account
- the primary driver is the same for both vehicles
- the new vehicle comes equipped with OnStar hardware
- you still own your old vehicle; it cannot be deactivated or enrolled with a different owner

| Q2. | How do I transfer my OnStar subscription to my new OnStar-equipped vehicle? |
| A2. | You can transfer your OnStar subscription during your new vehicle enrollment, either through a dealer representative or by pushing your blue OnStar button. |
| Q3. | If I've already sold my OnStar-equipped vehicle, can I transfer my subscription to the new owner? |
| A3. | If you are no longer driving your OnStar-equipped vehicle and want to transfer your subscription to a new owner, please call 1.888.4.ONSTAR (1.888.466.7827) and an Advisor will assist you. |
| Q4. | What do I do if I'm still receiving OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics emails for a car I no longer own? |
| A4. | To cancel your OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics service at any time, simply call 1.888.4.ONSTAR (1.888.466.7827), listen for the Vehicle Diagnostics Service prompt, and follow the instructions. If you are deaf, hard-of-hearing, or speech impaired, you may call our TTY number at 1.877.248.2080. Please allow 30 days to process your cancellation. |
