- How does a driver make a payment on his or her account?
There are several ways your drivers can make a payment on an individual subscription:
- Simply press the OnStar button in his/her vehicle and ask to pay for his/her subscription
- Call OnStar at 1.888.4ONSTAR
- Respond to a payment notice received in the mail
- Can OnStar handle group payment?
Yes, OnStar can handle group payments. The Fleet administrator can send a list of VINs and payment selections to:
