  • How does a driver make a payment on his or her account?

    There are several ways your drivers can make a payment on an individual subscription:

    1. Simply press the OnStar button in his/her vehicle and ask to pay for his/her subscription
    2. Call OnStar at 1.888.4ONSTAR
    3. Respond to a payment notice received in the mail
  • Can OnStar handle group payment?

    Yes, OnStar can handle group payments. The Fleet administrator can send a list of VINs and payment selections to:

  • Should a driver close his/her OnStar account when the vehicle is disposed of?

    Yes. A driver can just push the blue OnStar button and tell the Advisor to close his/her OnStar account.

  • Can OnStar handle group deactivations?

    Yes, OnStar can handle group deactivations. The Fleet administrator can send a list of VINs to:
