- How does a driver renew his or her account?
There are several ways your drivers can renew an individual subscription:
- Simply press the OnStar button in his/her vehicle and ask to renew his/her subscription
- Click RENEW SUBSCRIPTION on the home page of this site
- Respond to a renewal notice received in the mail
- Can OnStar handle group renewal?
Yes, OnStar can handle group renewals. The Fleet administrator can send a list of VINs and renewal subscription selections to:

- Should a driver close his/her OnStar account when the vehicle is disposed of?
Yes. A driver can just push the blue OnStar button and tell the Advisor to close his/her OnStar account.
