Help protect your drivers and your investments. Choose the service plan that best suits your business needs.
  • Safe & Sound Plan — includes features like Remote Door Unlock, Automatic Air Bag Deployment Response, Stolen Vehicle Location Assistance, and Remote Diagnostics
  • Directions & Connections Plan — in addition to Safe & Sound services, Advisors can assist drivers with comprehensive directions as well as business listings and locations
Manage and maintain your fleet with help from OnStar Business Vehicle Manager. Every month, you'll receive odometer and oil life readings via email, which help your business:
  • Keep accurate vehicle mileage logs
  • Plan timely and optimal maintenance, and vehicle disposal
  • Eliminate unnecessary maintenance costs
It's the simplest and smartest navigation system. Your drivers will learn quickly that it's:
  • Easy to use. Simply push a button and request directions. No maps. No screens. No need to stop for directions. A voice guides you to your destination — "turn-by-turn."
  • Safe. Stay safely focused on driving, because your hands stay on the wheel and your eyes on the road as you follow the voice instructions.
Your drivers can stay safely connected while traveling on business. OnStar's built-in, voice-activated calling feature offers your drivers:
  • A stronger, more reliable signal in remote areas
  • Safe contact with the office and clients
  • A convenient alternative when their handheld cell phone is left behind or has a low battery
  • And a chance to try it out at no charge: Each driver gets 30 minutes to use during the first two months
Your drivers share Verizon Wireless plan minutes between their handheld cell phones and OnStar Hands-Free Calling, which saves you money. Additional advantages include:
  • Safety, convenience, and reliability of OnStar Hands-Free Calling
  • Able to make calls to more than 40 million Verizon Wireless customers at no extra charge
  • Easy call forwarding, to stay connected at the touch of a button
Your drivers will feel more secure with Stolen Vehicle Slowdown, standard on select 2009 model year vehicles. At the subscriber's request, OnStar can gradually slow down a stolen vehicle remotely to:
  • Assist authorities in recovery
  • Help eliminate the need for high speed pursuits
  • Enhance the existing Stolen Vehicle Location Assistance service

1OnStar services require vehicle electrical system (including battery), wireless service and GPS satellite signals to be available and operating for features to function properly.
