Adding OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics To Your Address Book

In order to ensure that you always receive your OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics report, we recommend that you add vehiclediagnostics@onstar.com as a contact in your address book.

Open your email message.
Click the “Add Address” icon on the right side of the window.
Click the “OK” button.

Open your email message.
Click the “Add Address” icon on the right side of the window.
Click the “Save” button.

Adding vehiclediagnostics@onstar.com to your address book:

Open your OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics Email.
Right-click the email address.
Select Add To Address Book from the menu.
Verify the email address.
Click Save.

Adding vehiclediagnostics@onstar.com to your address book:

Open your email message.
In the From field, right-click the email address.
Click “Add to Address Book”.
Click the “OK” button.

Adding vehiclediagnostics@onstar.com to your address book:

Open your email message.
Click on the “More options” next to the date.
Click on “Add sender to Contacts list” in the options below the subject line.
Your email message will be automatically entered into your Gmail contacts list.

Adding vehiclediagnostics@onstar.com to your safe list:

Open your email message.
Click the “Save Address(es)” at the top of the message header.
Click the “OK” button.
Copy and paste vehiclediagnostics@onstar.com into the box entitled "Type an address or domain".
Click Add.

Open your email message.
Go to “Message” in the top tool bar.
“Add Sender to Address Book” from the drop down menu.

Open your email message.
Go to the “Actions” options in the top tool bar.
Select “Junk E-mail” from the drop down menu.
Select the “Add Sender to Safe Senders List” option.

Open your email message.
In the From field, right-click the email address.
Click the “Add to Address Book” link in the menu.
Click the “OK” button.

Adding vehiclediagnostics@onstar.com to your safe list:

Go to your Verizon Inbox.
Click Options.
Select the Block Senders tab.
On the Block Senders screen, you'll see a "Block Sender List" and a "Safe List". Where it says, "Always accept from this e-mail address or sub domain even if the domain is blocked," enter vehiclediagnostics@onstar.com.
Click Save.

Adding vehiclediagnostics@onstar.com to your safe list:

Open your email message.
Click the “Add to Address Book” link on the far right.
Click the “Add Checked Contact” button.

If you use a Web mail system or email application not listed above, access that program's "Help" files, instruction manual, or customer support section to add us to your list of approved email senders. In most cases, adding vehiclediagnostics@onstar.com to your address book should be enough.
