Our specially-trained Crisis Advisors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to provide a central point of contact, assistance and information if a crisis occurs in your area. Crisis Assist Advisors can assist you before, during, and after crisis events, and provide you with access to any OnStar service, regardless of your subscription package, at no additional cost. Advisors are there when it matters the most.
Just push your red or blue OnStar button for Crisis Assist services, and an Advisor can:
- Provide you with evacuation routes to get you out of harm’s way and provide you with fuel location assistance.
- Pinpoint your location, using GPS technology so emergency responders can get there quickly.
- Connect you with your loved ones, your family, and your friends.
- Provide centralized assistance if you need food, water, medical help, or a hospital.
- Help find accommodations and shelter for you, loved ones, and pets.
- Register you to the American Red Cross Safe and Well website.
