We know that COVID-19 (coronavirus) has created uncertainty and challenges for many of our Members. During these trying times, we want you to know your OnStar service will be there for you, as always. Help or information is only a button-push away. We have taken steps to ensure our Advisors are safe and are available to you 24/7.
Because this is a situation that affects us all, we are also turning on Crisis Assist*109 and offering 3 GB/3 months (whichever comes first) of in-vehicle data*110 for all current Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac owners with properly equipped vehicles until June 1. Feel free to use these services to help navigate the unexpected.
