During wildfires, tornadoes, hurricanes or other crisis situations, we’re standing by with Emergency Services, ready to help you get to safety. All current, eligible Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac owners can just push their blue OnStar button for help. If you have current OnStar services and it’s an emergency, push the red Emergency button and you’ll get a priority connection to our Advisors.

What is Crisis Mode? 

OnStar Crisis Mode* activates during certain emergency situations to provide complimentary safety features like alternative routes, help in an emergency, access to the in-vehicle Wi-Fi® Hotspot* and assistance contacting loved ones.
