If you're in a severe crash*, we'll check to make sure you're okay. We'll also tell First Responders exactly where you are and what kind of help you need.

In an emergency, the last thing you want is to be alone. It’s why several OnStar plans include Crisis Assist,* so you can get the help you need in a crisis situation.

If a major disaster is happening in a specific area, Crisis Mode* means anyone who owns a Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac vehicle in that area can push their blue OnStar button and get help.

If you run into issues on the road, just push the blue OnStar button. We'll use your location to send the help you need and stay on the line with you until they arrive.*

Having a car stolen* is a helpless feeling. Working with law enforcement, we can block the engine from restarting, pinpoint your car's location and even bring it to a stop if it's being driven.
