  • The built-in Wi-Fi® Hotspot*33 (vehicle must be on or in the accessory position for Wi-Fi to function) turns your vehicle into a reliable mobile hub, with great signal quality and bandwidth. It provides a better in-vehicle experience than your smartphone and is powered by your vehicle, so you’re not reliant on a mobile device battery.

  • Your GM Account is where you can view, manage and change your OnStar or Connected Services*1c plan and find plans and pricing information tailored to your vehicle. Specifically, you can add to or select a different plan, get your vehicle mobile app information, review diagnostic information,*21 receive vehicle support, manage maintenance and service,*21 access an online Owner’s Manual and review helpful how-to content. Log in using your GM Account, OnStar account, vehicle mobile app or My GM Rewards login.

  • If you’re an OnStar Member, you can set up an account in your GM Account or tie your OnStar service plan to your existing account. Visit your GM Account and follow the instructions there.

  • To speak with an Advisor day or night, 365 days a year, just push the blue OnStar button or call us toll-free at 1.888.4ONSTAR (1.888.466.7827). If you are deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired, call our toll-free TTY number, 1.877.248.2080 for assistance.

  • In severe weather conditions or a crisis, our Advisors provide a fast, knowledgeable resource if you need emergency assistance, help finding a route, or other services. They can also contact family members for you.
